Makers has entered a new phase. And it's not just an evolution, it's a strategic leap.
From a community of CMOs, we've become a complete ecosystem that brings together community, education and experiences to prepare the marketing leaders of the future.
We're the largest network of CMOs in Latin America, bringing together executives who together manage more than R$30 billion in marketing funds a year. Our activities have now expanded to three fronts:
MakersCommunity: keeps alive the exchange of experiences between the country's leading CMOs and marketing executives.
MakersAcademy: dedicated to executive education, with a focus on training new leaders and developing critical skills for contemporary marketing.
Makersfor Business: immersive experiences co-created with brands, with initiatives such as Roundtables, CMO Day, Wellness Day and the Pega a Visão program, which generate strategic connections and relevant content for the market.
"We want to work in depth at different stages of the marketing journey. Our role is to be a cog in the development of the discipline in Brazil, offering training, mentoring and opportunities for collaboration between leaders. In times of rapid change and unprecedented demands on CMOs, Makers is consolidating itself as the network that not only understands transformation, but builds new paths for it."
Thiego Goularte - CEO of Makers
Our expectation for 2025 is to grow by 350%, driven by the Makers for Business front, which already connects major brands such as: Mastercard, Netflix, Amazon, Salesforce, iFood, Accenture Song, PicPay, Eletromidia, Danone, Méliuz and Google.
And to reflect this new moment, we have also launched our new visual identity, created in partnership with the MAGENTA agency.
"In an environment where the attention of leaders is increasingly disputed, Makers invests in depth and collaboration. To reflect this new moment, we show the evolution of Makers and the strength of the complete development ecosystem for marketing professionals, an area in which everyone needs to be constantly moving and learning"
Flavia Altheman - COO of Magenta
A concept built on three pillars: clarity, sophistication and movement, translating our collaborative essence and our vocation for constant transformation.
We are ready for the next chapter, so get ready to accompany a moment of great transformation. And we remain committed to preparing leaders for this new moment, with a strategic, integrated and global approach.
